Terms of Service

These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between PokeSample and its users.

1. Service Purpose

PokeSample provides Pokemon battle-related samples, teams, builder tools, trade boards, and statistics.

2. Member Login

Member features are provided through Google OAuth. Signing in enables account drafts, My Page, and member posting features.

3. User Content

Users may submit samples, teams, trade posts, and comments and are responsible for their content. Illegal or rights-infringing content is prohibited.

4. Content Management

Guest content is managed with the guest credentials entered at creation, while member content is managed through the signed-in session. Operators may restrict content when required for safety, policy, or legal compliance.

5. Account Deletion

Deleting a member account removes drafts saved to the account and blocks future sign-in with the same Google account. Existing public posts and comments may not be removed immediately.

6. Service Changes

The service may be changed or partially suspended for operational or technical reasons.
